Withdraw Options

Here are the different withdrawal methods available to you. Each method is safe and secure. Click on each to learn more on how to use each method. Our payout department’s hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm EST and Saturday 9:00am – 2:00pm EST.

We can process your payout in US Dollars, Euros, and British Pounds. The minimum withdrawal from the casino is 30 per day and the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from the casino is 5,000 per week. Any amount greater than 5,000 will be divided into parts, where no part can be larger than 5,000, and sent on consecutive weeks until the total amount has been delivered. Please note that each processor may have different minimums and maximums.

If you made your initial deposit via a credit or debit card, payouts cannot be made back to the card. Please choose one of our other safe and easy payout options below.

If you deposited using your debit or credit card, you MUST send in required documentation and a credit card authorization form prior to withdrawal. Please see game client for more details.

Important Payment Information

Your payment is processed 48 hours after submitting a withdrawal request. A portion or all of your withdraw can be re-deposited to your account through the Redeposit tab of the cashier at any time during this period. All customers requesting a withdrawal MUST submit valid identification to our payment or security departments so that we can process your payment.
